We accept various forms of payment and are able to discuss Payment options with you prior to any examination. At Arizona Women’s Care, we also accept all, major credit cards.
Dear Valued Patients:
In keeping with most other businesses at this time, we find it necessary to begin assessing the nominal 3% technology fee to each credit/debit card transaction made online at our website, or in person at the office.
