Unfortunately, my first experience with this practice came during one of the most difficult times of my life... a pregnancy loss requiring a D&C procedure. From the very beginning, every person I encountered treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. During a time when I felt scared, overwhelmed, and heartbroken, they made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Langer was incredible. She took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and ensure I felt comfortable with my care plan. Due to the circumstances and timing, she was able to quickly coordinate my procedure with her surgical team at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea, and they were equally amazing. I had an all-women team caring for me, and their warmth, professionalism, and empathy made an emotional day so much easier. What could have been a traumatic experience instead felt as comfortable and reassuring as possible because of the exceptional people caring for me. Even the medical assistants were wonderful, providing prompt communication, quick turnaround on questions, and clear guidance on what to expect every step of the way. Shout out John! While I wish I had met this team under different circumstances, I am so grateful to have found them. I would highly recommend Arizona Women’s Care and Dr. Langer to anyone looking for an OB/GYN practice that combines excellent medical care with genuine compassion.

Dr. Helms is truly exceptional. She delivered my daughter and I can honestly say it was the most positive and reassuring experience I could have hoped for. Throughout my entire pregnancy, she made me feel heard, supported, and completely at ease—her calm, confident presence is something you just can’t put a price on.
Her entire OB office is just as wonderful—kind, organized, and always so welcoming. Every visit felt smooth and genuinely cared for, which made such a difference during an emotional and important time.
I trust Dr. Helms completely and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’m now back with her for my second pregnancy, and that alone says everything. If you’re looking for an OB who is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate, she is simply the best.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review forever, but always get sidetracked — so here it is!
First off, I’ve seen some reviews complaining about wait times. Yes, sometimes you do have to wait a bit, but that’s every doctor’s office. It’s completely normal. Don’t let the “Karens” in the reviews scare you off 🙄 — good care is worth waiting for.
I also want to highlight one of the front desk girls (I feel so bad I’m blanking on her name!), she has red hair and is always so kind and helpful. She’s gone out of her way multiple times to get me the soonest appointment possible, and that kind of customer service really makes a difference.
And lastly, Dr. Kwatra deserves the biggest shout-out. She is truly amazing — knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and so caring. She delivered my first baby in April 2025, and she wasn’t even scheduled to work the day I went into labor, yet she stayed to deliver my baby anyway. She took her time during delivery, explained everything, and made me feel completely safe. I’m convinced her skill and patience are why I had such a smooth delivery with minimal tearing.
I genuinely trust her with my whole heart. If I’m still in the area, I’ll absolutely be going back to her for all my future babies.
